If you’re looking for a prime ski-in/ski-out vacation home with easy access to downtown Breckenridge, look no further! Start your day off by walking across the street, hopping on the Snowflake Lift and exploring Breckenridge’s 2,900 acres of terrain. When it’s time to go home, find 4 O’clock Run and ride it straight to your backdoor! Then, soothe your muscles by taking advantage of the indoor/outdoor hot tubs which are only accessible to guests staying in the Tyra Stream Complex. Not only is this a prime location for skiing but it is also located within walking distance from downtown Breckenridge (3 blocks) and directly across the street from the Breck Free Ride bus stop.

The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the complex and offers an in-unit washer/dryer, multiple HDTV’s, a DVD player and free high speed internet/WiFi. Relax in the living room while enjoying the warmth of the fireplace, perhaps sprawled out on the sofa watching TV or a DVD on the brilliant HDTV or maybe reading a book on one of two recliners – each has a tall bright lamp so that even your eyes may relax! Look out the windows or step out on to the balcony for amazing views of Baldy Mountain. Be sure to explore the condo for a collection of rocks from all 14er slopes and summits!

With room for 8, you’ll have plenty of room for your family and friends! Stretch out on the large King size bed in the master bedroom after soaking in the private jetted Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a both a Queen and Twin bed to offer options for your sleeping arrangements. You’ll find 2 twin beds in the third bedroom and for added occupancy, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You can rest easy knowing that all mattress have been replaced within the last year and are of the highest quality!

WHAT TO DO When it’s COLD…

  • Strap on your boots, grab your gear and walk across the street to the Snowflake Lift for a fun day of skiing and riding. Fun fact: did you know that the highest chairlift in North America is Breckenridge’s Imperial Chair?
  • You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, and ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex.
  • Kick the season off at the annual tree lighting and race of the Santa’s. Check out Breckenridge’s annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Or celebrate the Norse god of Snow at Ullr fest. Ride up the slopes of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian draft horses for a unique dinner experience.
  • Enjoy April’s month long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.


WHAT TO DO When it’s WARM…

  • Walk across the street and take a leisurely hike to the 4 O’clock reservoir and the Fairy Forest (great for families!) Start off by walking along Sawmill Creek Trail, you’ll run into the reservoir. As you continue, you’ll find yourself crossing creeks, walking boardwalks, and climbing stairs in the heart of the forest.
  • Venture outside of the city limits and conquer Quandary Peak, a notorious 14er just South of Breckenridge.
  • Grab your Mountain Bike (or rent one at from a local shop) and explore the 800 miles of trails.
  • Rent an E-Bike and cruise the town or ride the 9 mile bike path to Frisco.
  • Go shopping in downtown Breckenridge and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants in town then venture over to the south side of town and check out the famed Issac the Troll.
  • Ride the Gondola up to Peak 8 and go play at Epic Discovery
  • Attend a National Repertory Orchestra concert at the River Walk Center
